Check out the new cute and functional Traxdata EZ Drive YEGO. This flash memory USB storage device is available in 2GB, 4GB and 8GB versions, pricing starting from £12.99. It allows users to access and transfer digital files anytime, anywhere, over and over again. The innovative two-port USB hub enables users to extend both their storage capacity and the number of available removable drives, through simply connecting additional USB storage devices. Furthermore, as most peripherals now operate via USB, the Traxdata EZ Drive™ YEGO solves the problem of a lack of available USB ports by creating two extra USB ports whilst utilising just a single port on the host device.

Want all your important phone book entries, notes and schedule information automatically backed up for your without using a PC? Want that for free as well? Welcome to My Nokia Backup!
Nokia have relaunched their Nokia owners service (Club Nokia for those of you with long memories) as My Nokia. As part of this they have introduced the My Nokia Backup service.
My Nokia Backup takes all the important information on your phone and stores a copy on Nokia's own secure servers. It works by using a technology called SyncML (Synchronisation Markup Language), a service that's built into most handsets. SyncML works by remotely connecting to an authorised sever and synchronising information remotely, using your mobile phones data capability (either though GPRS, or 3G). It works much like PC sync software, but without a PC.
To use, all you have to do is sign up to My Nokia (if you haven't already) and choose the My Nokia Backup service. Choose your phone and they will send you a text message that configures your phone for you. From there simply click sync on your phone and everything will be backed up in a few seconds. You can synchronise manually or set your phone to auto synchronise at specific times.
Log onto the My Nokia website and edit the backed-up information. On the next sync these changes replicate themselves automatically to your handsets! The best bit? If your phone ever gets lost, stolen or damaged, log back onto Nokia Backup and have everything restored onto your new phone in seconds.
If you don't have a Nokia mobile phone, then there are plenty of other SyncML services, some free, some chargeable. A Good place to start is the Wikipedia page on SyncML technology here.

I doubt you’ll see quality GPS units at this price for long, so if your looking for UK and Ireland Maps (pre-installed on a 512MB SD card) on a slim, quality device then look no further than the Acer V200. At £69.95 it is a real bargain! With it’s large and bright 3.5” touch screen, a 300MHz processor, a super-sensitive 20 channel GPS receiver and the latest Navteq maps, it offers you the full efficiency of an ultra portable GPS device.
If on the other hand you want something that does the job with the money left over from that over-priced sandwich at the motorway services, then the Garmin c510 is the ideal companion. This unit has been refurbished by Garmin to the same standards as a brand new unit and comes with a full 1 year manufacturer warranty.
The Taiwanese PDA giant E-TEN are changing their branding from E-TEN glofiish to glofiish this year. You will see the change gradually on the web site in the next few weeks.
E-TEN have also announced a new device this week - the glofiish X650. It is very similar to the X600 - the main difference is that the new X650 has a VGA screen. The glofiish X650 will hit our warehouse next month.

Similar to the popular X800, the X650 screen will also have a higher pixel density, meaning that text will appear sharper and easier to read, while pictures and video will appear more detailed. The screen will make viewing sat-nav software a pleasure in all conditions. The greater resolution (four times higher than standard) will enable a larger proportion of a web page, for example, to be displayed on screen at once.
The glofiish X650 offers the benefits of an all-in-one connectivity device, in an ultra-compact form factor.
As the time of writing the glofiish M800 is still delayed. We hope to have stock by week 10.
