Resetting my Nokia HF-6W Bluetooth Handsfree

I recently acquired a NOKIA HF-6W after installing the unit it worked for about two days then stopped. I tried to reset it as per the instructions but no luck, My workmates have the same problem,can you help me? thanks Col

I''m having the same problem.

I''m unable to reset the unit, if you follow the instructions specified, turn off, press and hold the power and volume up buttons for 10 seconds, it does nothing, the unit does not turn on and it does not reset. I previously had the unit working absouetly correctly, but now I have no sound on calls, although the unit and the phone, a Nokia E61, both report themselves paired correctly.

Has anybody else experienced this problem and if so how did you get it fixed.

Hi there also having the same problem resetting my Nokia HF-6W. The unit worked for one day. I have tried all options but sadly nothing is working. Any help or answers appreciated.
